This 11 acre estate was everything and more! A group of us drove from NJ to celebrate a birthday and to experience the last taste of snowy winter before the season changed. We were not disappointed! It snowed again on our first night! The close proximity to Loon Mountain was one of the biggest reasons we chose this place, but now we would all love to return for the atmosphere of the house, property, the mountain, and local community. Kyle was a phenomenal host, as he was always willing to answer any questions or comments we had. Even when an unexpected visitor came -- the neighbor's pet bunny! We called our new friend Kirk and fed him a strawberry. Kyle and Kirk were wonderful hosts, the property was exactly as described, beds were super comfy, movie theater chairs had massage features, the hot tub was a crowd pleaser, and the amenities were excellent! Plus, walking around the backyard in the snow that went up to my knees was icing on the cake! Thank you! Wish we could've stay longer!

We had such an amazing stay at Woodstock Waters Estate! Our family absolutely loved the house - there were so many great spaces to play games, relax, and spend quality time together. It was perfect for gathering and making memories. Even in the winter, this place was so much fun. We enjoyed snowshoeing and sledding, and the property truly felt like a winter getaway. The host was wonderful - responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again!

We had such a great stay here! The location was perfect - a short drive to Loon, the Ice Castles, and downtown, but still quiet and peaceful. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It worked really well for our large group with kids - plenty of space and great amenities. Kyle was super responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!

Wow! There truly aren’t enough good things to say about this magical home, the peaceful setting, and the incredible host. We are so grateful to have spent our annual get-together here. Kyle was a fantastic host: responsive, informative, kind, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Our group included 9 adults and 3 little ones, and every single one of us was impressed, even the two youngest, ages 1 and 18 months, who aren’t talking yet but gave their enthusiastic approval with smiles and giggles! Before we even left, we were already talking about when we could book our next stay. The home is thoughtfully designed and beautifully curated, with a lovely aesthetic, fun games and activities, and every kitchen essential you could possibly need. It was spotless, cozy, and immediately felt like home. This home exceeded our expectations in every way. We would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a special and truly memorable stay!

Kyle was an amazing host. His home went above and beyond expectations. It’s more beautiful than the pictures make it seem, which is pretty hard to do. The house was stocked with so many amenities making the stay seamless and so much fun. Our group can’t stop talking about it and are already looking to book our next trip back at this house. The location is perfect, there are truly no complaints.
